Our matching process is designed to ensure that we find the best possible match for each of our customers. Once a customer submits their service request form, we analyze their requirements and preferences, taking into consideration factors such as availability, location, and specific cleaning needs. We then use our large network of vetted and background-checked cleaners to match the customer with five potential cleaners who meet their requirements. This not only saves the customer time and effort in finding a cleaner on their own, but it also gives them a range of options to choose from, ensuring that they can find the best cleaner for their specific needs. By offering a personalized matching process, we can ensure that our customers are happy with the cleaners they choose, leading to a more satisfactory and efficient cleaning service.

That’s why, after the trial session, if both the customer and cleaner are happy to continue working together, we’ll enroll them in a 1 month agreement. During this time, we’ll closely monitor the services and request feedback to ensure the highest quality standards are met and both sides are in full agreement. With our enrollment agreement, you can trust that your cleaning needs will be taken care of and your satisfaction is our top priority.
Our cleaners will be paid directly by you, and we will not be collecting any service fees.
