Are your cleaners checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked, and SW Clean holds £1 million public liability insurance.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
For deep and end of tenancy cleaning, yes: products and equipment are included. Regular home cleaning uses your own, or we bring ours for a one-off £7 (products) or £23 (equipment). Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge with at least 48 hours notice before the clean.
When do you clean?
We clean 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, with the last start at 6pm. Our office answers calls and emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and you can book online at any time.
How do I get a price?
Choose the service and tell us about your property in the online form. End of tenancy is a fixed price by property size; deep and home cleaning are charged by the hour. We confirm the price before the clean.
Can I track my cleans online?
Yes. Every client gets a free online account to see upcoming and past visits, before and after photos, quotes and invoices, leave notes for the cleaner and message our office.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. We clean offices and shared workspaces across London, quoted to your space and schedule.
What areas do you cover?
All of London. We work most in SW15, SW6, SW12, SW20, W6, W8, N1, N4, N5, E14, EC and WC. Enter your postcode in the booking form to check a date.
