Questions, answered
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Home cleaning uses your own products and equipment. If you would rather we bring them, add products (£7) or equipment (£23) as a one-off payment when you book. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Can I change the schedule later?
Yes. You can change or cancel a visit, or adjust the frequency, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. With less notice, cancelling a paid visit costs £20 (£50 for end of tenancy) and moving it costs £10 (£25 for end of tenancy).
How long does a visit take?
Home cleaning is charged by the hour, with a minimum visit of 2 hours. You choose the duration, or we recommend one based on the size of your home.
Can I add extras?
Yes. Ironing can be added at £17 per hour, and other requests can be noted in the booking form.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. On a regular plan the same cleaner comes to every visit, so they learn your home and how you like it done.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we come back to put it right at no extra cost.
