What is your re-clean guarantee?
If your letting agent or landlord raises something we missed, tell us within 72 hours of the end of the clean and we come back to re-clean those areas free of charge. It applies when the property was empty of belongings during the clean and nobody used it afterwards.
Can I get a longer guarantee?
Yes. The extended guarantee gives you 7 days (168 hours) instead of 72 hours to report anything the agent or landlord finds, for £59. Add it when you book.
