📖 Our story
From one cleaner to a London team
SW Clean began the simplest way: one person cleaning London homes, building a list of regular clients flat by flat and house by house. Most new work came from recommendations, and that made one thing clear early on. People stay with a cleaner they can trust, at a price they understood before the work started.
As the bookings grew, so did the team. More cleaners joined, each one DBS-checked, and the business took on the jobs that need more than one pair of hands: end of tenancy cleans before a check-out, deep cleans before a move-in, and regular visits for busy households. An office followed, so clients have someone to talk to about dates, access and changes.
Today we clean across London, with more than 10 years of cleaning experience behind the team. What has not changed is how we want a client to feel after the first clean: that they knew the price, they knew who was coming, and they would book again.

End of tenancy cleaning is a fixed price by property size. Deep and home cleaning are charged by the hour, and we confirm the hours and the total before we clean. See our prices.

Your free client portal shows your visits, before and after photos and invoices, lets you leave notes for your cleaner and keeps every message with our office in one place.

What happens if something is missed
End of tenancy: 72-hour re-clean guarantee
If your letting agent or landlord raises something we missed, tell us within 72 hours of the end of the clean and we come back to re-clean it free of charge. The property must be empty during the clean and unused afterwards.
Deep and home cleaning: 24-hour promise
Tell us within 24 hours if anything was missed and we come back to put it right at no extra cost.
