A check-out clean, start to finish
1. Book
Send us the address, size and check-out date, or have the tenant book online with your partner code.
2. Keys and clean
We collect the keys from your office, clean the empty property to the inventory checklist and take before and after photos.
3. Photos, keys back, invoice
Keys go back to your office, photos come to you, and the invoice goes to whoever is paying. Report any check-out issues within 72 hours.

Questions from agents and landlords
How does the partner programme work?
Register your agency and we give you a partner code. Tenants and landlords who book with it get 5% off, and your agency receives 5% commission on each completed clean. Partners also get priority on check-out dates.
Do you collect and return keys?
Yes. We collect keys from your office before the clean and return them afterwards, free of charge, so neither you nor the tenant has to meet us at the property.
Do you send before and after photos?
Yes. Every end of tenancy clean includes before and after photos, and we can send them to your agency. They are useful evidence at check-out and if a deposit deduction is disputed.
Who do you invoice?
Whoever is paying: the tenant, the landlord or your agency. Partner agencies can be invoiced directly, so the clean can be added to the landlord statement.
What happens if the check-out finds something?
Report it within 72 hours of the end of the clean and we re-clean those points free of charge, provided the property was empty during the clean and nobody used it afterwards. A 7-day extended guarantee is available.
Do I need to tell clients about the referral commission?
Yes. If your agency receives commission for recommending us, your redress scheme and consumer law expect you to tell your clients.
