End of tenancy cleaning costs from £120 for a room in a shared flat to £489 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, at a fixed price. Deep cleaning is £23 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Regular home cleaning is £17 to £19 per hour, depending on how often we visit.

How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in London?
It is a fixed price set by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, from £120 to £489. The price includes cleaning products, equipment and the oven inside and out. Carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning and the extras below are added only if you need them. Read the full end of tenancy cost guide.

72-hour re-clean guarantee: if your letting agent or landlord finds something we missed, tell us within 72 hours of the end of the clean and we re-clean it free of charge. The property must be empty during the clean and unused afterwards. The extended guarantee (£59) gives you 7 days instead.

How much does a deep clean cost in London?
Deep cleaning is £23 per cleaner per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (£69). Products and equipment are included. Jobs of 6 hours or more are shared by a team of 2 cleaners, so a 6 hour clean takes 2 cleaners about 3 hours. We recommend the hours from the size and condition of your home before you book. 🏠 Home cleaning
How much does regular home cleaning cost?
Home cleaning is charged by the hour, with a minimum visit of 2 hours. The more often we come, the lower the rate. On a regular plan the same cleaner comes every time. Home cleaning uses your own products and equipment unless you add ours. Read the guide to cleaner costs in London.

Booking terms in plain English
Is the price fixed?
End of tenancy cleaning is a fixed price by property size. Deep and home cleaning are charged by the hour, and we confirm the hours and the total before the clean.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice before the clean. With less notice, cancelling a paid visit costs £20 (£50 for end of tenancy) and moving it costs £10 (£25 for end of tenancy). See section 8 of our Terms.
When do you clean?
We clean 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, with the last start at 6pm. Our office answers calls and emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and you can book online at any time.
What if something is missed?
On end of tenancy cleans, report it within 72 hours of the end of the clean (or 7 days with the extended guarantee) and we re-clean it free. On deep and home cleans, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to put it right.
